In 2011 popular pugliese restaurant I Trulli began serving breakfast and lunch out of its adjacent wine bar under the brand Enoteca to Go! The concept and artwork for the new brand was inspired by the fast pace of Italian coffee culture and Manhattan daily life. The design is flexible enough to be applied to all packaging and signage, while the arrow device lends itself to playful interpretations.
